Muscle isn't as efficient as fat and the first thing to go when out of balance. In any physical activity you will store fuel (fat) and loose muscle mass if you do not keep the pace. So no junk food allowed.
Think of your yoga as a lifetime investment. A balance of protein, carbs, at and plenty of water will give you the fabulous winning form you desire.
